My name's Lexi Blocksom, and I started Stormy Brooke Properties LLC in 2023. A New Jersey native, I have lived in Delaware for 13 years, residing predominantly in Milford. I'm known as the Cat Lady (I only have 5) and having a passion for cars, coffee, and tattoos. Purple and black are my signature colors.
I graduated with a B.S. in Business from Wilmington University in 2023. For most of my working life, I have dabbled in several positions working in the State's largest prison.
I have always had a passion for entrepreneurship. I bought my first house, an older home in Downtown Milford, when I was 23. It wasn't until I was 25 that I found my true passion for real estate.
I started purchasing rental properties in 2023, which is when I started Stormy Brooke Properties LLC. I found that I enjoyed property management, so I made the leap on getting my real estate license in 2024, and hung my license at Keller Williams Central Delaware.

After a year, I decided that sales weren't for me, and that I'd rather focus solely on my rentals.

Maintenance requests should be submitted through the TurboTenant tenant portal. For emergencies, please email info@stormybrookeproperties.com or contact 609-420-2584‬.
How do I pay rent?
We use TurboTenant to collect rent payments. You are encouraged to make an account and set up auto-pay through your bank. To make a payment, go to https://renter.turbotenant.com/auth/login.
What are the property rules?
Your lease will explain the majority of the property's rules and procedures. Additional information will be in your New Resident Guide that is included with your lease.
