My  name's Lexi Blocksom, and I started Stormy Brooke Properties LLC in 2023. A New Jersey native, I have lived in Delaware for 13 years, residing predominantly in Milford. I'm known as the Cat Lady (I only have 5) and having a passion for cars, coffee, and tattoos. Purple and black are my signature colors.

I graduated with a B.S. in Business from Wilmington University in 2023. For most of my working life, I have dabbled in several positions working in the State's largest prison. 

I have always had a passion for entrepreneurship. I bought my first house, an older home in Downtown Milford, when I was 23. It wasn't until I was 25 that I found my true passion for real estate.

I started purchasing rental properties in 2023, which is when I started Stormy Brooke Properties LLC. I found that I enjoyed property management, so I made the leap on getting my real estate license in 2024, and hung my license at Keller Williams Central Delaware.

After a year, I decided that sales weren't for me, and that I'd rather focus solely on my rentals.
